Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

UK Shipping

We currently offer standard UK delivery.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or the delivery service provider.

Shipping Costs

UK Standard Delivery: £2.99

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £25.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at joystep.shop.uk@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at joystep.shop.uk@gmail.com, and we will help check the status of your order.

Please allow a few extra working days during busy periods, holidays, or postal service delays.

International Shipping

At the moment, we mainly ship within the United Kingdom.

International shipping may be available in the future. If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
